The dashboard is where you begin your immersion into the world of DigiMate. This is where your created projects are saved and our ready-to-use templates are stored.
Let's take a closer look at what exactly you can find here.
Depending on which project you have created and integrated to your platform, you will see different preview cards appear in your project list. This makes it easy for you to visually separate all your projects so that you can quickly find them in the future to make changes.
3 main project types are:
The DigiMate Dashboard provides a user-friendly interface for managing your AI projects. It is designed to help you navigate through different stages of your projects effortlessly, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility.
Here’s an overview of the available tabs in the Dashboard:
All Projects
The All Projects tab displays a comprehensive list of all the projects you have created within DigiMate. This includes active projects, drafts, and archived projects, giving you a complete view of your entire project portfolio.
Templates
The Templates tab provides access to a library of ready-to-use project templates. These templates are designed to help you get started quickly by providing pre-configured setups for various use cases.
Active Projects
The Active Projects tab lists all the projects that are currently active and in use. This tab helps you focus on projects that are live and require your attention.
Drafts
The Drafts tab contains all projects that are still in development and have not been finalized or deployed. This is where you can work on and refine your projects before making them live.
Archived Projects
The Archived Projects tab stores projects that are no longer active but have been saved for future reference or potential reactivation. This is useful for maintaining a historical record of your work.
In the DigiMate Dashboard, users can efficiently manage your projects with filtering capabilities. Whether you've deployed a Digital Human Project, an AI-Powered Chatbot Assistant, or a Voice-Driven AI Assistant utilizing our TTS/STT API, you can easily navigate through your projects.
The Dashboard allows you to filter projects based on their type, such as Metahuman Projects with flexible embedding options, AI-Driven Chatbot Assistants, or Voice-Driven AI Assistants leveraging synthesized AI voices. Each project type is represented by distinct preview cards, ensuring visual clarity and quick identification.
We know all about the industries in which we provide our services, so we decided to make it easy for you to create an innovative project thanks to our template library.
In the "Templates" tab, you will find a full list of the projects we have prepared, which you can use as a starting point to create your unique project.
When you use a template, the system will create a new project with all the necessary data already filled in, which you can edit to provide a unique context for your business.
Thanks to our templates, you will be able to deploy an already completed project, or use it as a starting point for easy editing.
Please note, that the templates are being added periodically and could be added by your request.
DigiMate’s Project Preview feature allows users to see and interact with their AI projects directly from the Dashboard. This functionality provides a real-time view of how the project will appear and function, enabling users to make adjustments and optimizations before full deployment.
Depending on the project type selected, users can view their project preview in the Dashboard by clicking the eye icon located in the project card area. This icon opens a live preview of the deployed project, providing an immediate and interactive experience.
When accessing the Project Preview, users have multiple ways to interact with their AI assistant, depending on the functionalities enabled:
Hands-Free Conversation
For projects that support hands-free conversation, users can engage in real-time voice interactions with the AI assistant. The 3D speech indicator, a semi-transparent liquid sphere, provides visual feedback on the interaction status:
Purple: The system is actively listening to the user’s speech.
Yellow: The system is waiting for a response, with the microphone inactive.
Green: The metahuman is responding to the user.
This mode allows for a natural and fluid conversational experience without the need to type messages.
The Project Preview feature also includes animated subtitles for both the user’s messages (text or audio) and the digital human’s responses. This functionality enhances the hands-free conversation experience by providing visual text support, ensuring users can follow along with the interaction without needing to enter chat mode.
Starter Questions
If the Starter Questions functionality is enabled, users can begin their interactions with pre-configured hints. These questions are designed to guide the conversation and help users explore the AI assistant’s capabilities. Clicking on a Starter Question initiates a conversation, making it easy for users to get started.
Text Chat
Users can also interact with the AI assistant by typing messages directly into the chat interface. This mode provides a traditional chat experience, allowing users to ask questions, provide commands, or engage in casual conversation with the AI assistant.
The Project Preview feature allows users to test and refine their projects before going live. Users can observe how the AI assistant responds to different inputs and make necessary adjustments to improve the interaction quality. This real-time feedback loop ensures that the final deployment meets the desired standards and user expectations.
By utilizing the Project Preview feature, DigiMate provides a valuable tool for users to fine-tune their AI projects, ensuring a polished and effective end-user experience.
