The Intercom Widget deployment option for DigiMate’s Digital Human project offers a compact, yet highly interactive AI Assistant chatbot integrated with a metahuman avatar. This setup is designed to provide a seamless and engaging user experience without occupying the entire screen. Here’s a detailed look at what this entails:
The Intercom Widget features a sleek and modern design, combining text-based interactions with visual elements. The metahuman avatar is prominently displayed at the top, adding a dynamic and engaging visual component to the chat. The chat interface itself is straightforward, allowing users to type responses and interact with the avatar effortlessly.
The widget is fully responsive, ensuring optimal performance and usability across various devices and screen resolutions, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones. This adaptability guarantees a consistent user experience regardless of the device being used.
Metahuman Avatar: The avatar provides a lifelike presence, enhancing the user interaction experience. The avatar can display various facial expressions and animations, making the conversation more engaging.
Streamlined Messaging: Users can type their responses or select from suggested prompts displayed in message bubbles, streamlining the interaction process.
Microphone Activation: For hands-free conversation, users can enable their microphone, indicated by a 3D speech indicator. This feature supports real-time voice interactions with the avatar.
To ensure the chat interface aligns with your brand, the Intercom Widget includes extensive UI customization options:
Brand Colors: Change the primary and secondary colors of the interface, including message bubbles, headers, and buttons.
Custom Logos: On one of our subscription plans, replace the DigiMate logo with your own, maintaining brand consistency.
Users can enable their microphone to speak directly to the AI avatar.
By hovering over the video container, microphone icon appears which user can click to enable hands free conversation, where our STT (Speech-to-text) technology recognize when user is speaking, when he ended his speech, and when metahuman is answering.
DigiMate provides users with the flexibility to configure the default visibility settings for their AI Assistant chat interface. This includes the ability to enable stream visibility by default, ensuring that the pixel streaming runs automatically when a user enters the page. This feature can be configured in the project’s Deploy tab, where you can choose between two options:
Stream Visible by Default: This setting ensures that the pixel streaming is active as soon as the user accesses the page. The metahuman avatar and the chat interface are immediately visible, providing an instant, immersive experience.
Chat Open by Default: When this setting is enabled, the intercom widget opens automatically, allowing users to interact with the metahuman avatar in the initially expanded window. Users can then collapse the chat into a smaller window as showed on the screenshot below.
By providing these options, DigiMate allows for a highly customizable deployment that can be tailored to fit the specific needs and preferences of your platform. Whether you prefer the chat to be immediately visible or want users to engage with it through a widget, these settings ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
