DigiMate’s Behavior Settings allow you to define the AI agent’s tone of voice and specify personal characteristics, ensuring a consistent and engaging interaction experience. This section covers the available behavior styles and camera behaviors that can be applied to your project.
The Behavior Style feature offers a selection of predefined characteristics that can be applied to your AI agent. By selecting one of these options, you define the tone of voice and personality that the AI will follow throughout the conversation. Here are the available behavior styles:
Friendly: Relatable, kind, even-tempered, sunny, empathetic.
Bubbly: Fun, expressive, dynamic, high energy, peppy.
Troubled: Unconfident, highly sensitive, hurt, anxious, stressed.
Sweet: Quietly confident, wise, gentle, warm, calm.
Free-Spirited: Adventurous, experimenting, nonconforming, genuine.
Frosty: Tense, suspicious, cold, private, aloof.
Conscientious: Intelligent, thoughtful, independent, resourceful, perfectionist.
Shy: Thoughtful, gentle, timid, reserved, a follower.
Elated: Happy, smiley, joyful, corporate, positive.
By choosing a behavior style, you ensure that the AI agent’s responses and interactions are aligned with the desired personality, making the conversation more engaging and relevant to the user’s expectations.
The Camera Behaviour feature allows you to define how the camera interacts with the metahuman avatar during the conversation.
There are two primary options available: Static Camera and Cinematic Camera
This option lets you choose a static camera framing for your experience. You can select from four different camera positions, ranging from a close-up view of the metahuman's face to a more distant view showing the avatar from the knees to the head. When content cards are introduced, the Digital Person will move to the side to give room on the screen for the content. This ensures that the avatar and the content are both visible and engaging.
The Cinematic Camera behavior enables interactive camera movements that change every 10 seconds during active interactions. This dynamic camera behavior makes the interactions more engaging and visually appealing by adding a layer of movement and variety to the user’s experience.
By default, DigiMate’s camera is responsive to the appearance of UI elements on the screen. This means that when UI elements appear, such as an expanded chat interface covering a portion of the screen, the camera will adjust its position to ensure that the avatar remains visible and not overlapped by the UI. For example, when the chat UI expands to cover the right third of the screen, the camera shifts to move the avatar visually to the left, maintaining a clear view of the metahuman.
By utilizing these behavior settings, you can create a highly customized and engaging interaction experience with your AI agent, ensuring that both the visual and conversational aspects are tailored to your project’s needs.
Also, in order to control the number of minutes your users spend in the application, you can set the exact time of the allowed session length per user.
By applying this setting, after the specified time has elapsed, your user will no longer be able to continue interacting with the stream. The user will, of course, be able to re-enter the application via a page refresh. This setting will help you to avoid unnecessary expenses from your balance.
