Project Creation
Next, we will go through the step-by-step process of setting up the project. It is divided into the following points:
Customizing 3D scene with avatars, outfits and virtual backgrounds
Configuring the knowledge base
Behavioural settings
Language and voice customization
User interface customization
Believe us, this process is incredibly simple and quite fast (of course, it is worth considering that the amount of time you spend on filling out the project in detail relatively affects the accuracy of AI assistant's answers).
Let’s start with hitting “New Project” button. You’ll see a screen where you should enter a simple project details like Project Name and Project Description. This name will later be used for the chat name that will be visible to your customers. Project Name can be changed later in the Edit Project mode.
Then, depending on your business requirements, you might select requiredproject type from the ones we have described earlier.
Also, for Digital Human Project and AI-Powered Chatbot you can select required embedding option (Full Screen Chat or Intercom Widget)
